Cloud-Native

The cloud-native generation of software engineers are the developers who know cloud-native tools and practices and prefer them. They grew up when the cloud was already the default, so they take what it gives for granted, like scaling, flexibility, and low cost.

• They deploy on cloud infrastructure like AWS, not on on-premise servers.
• They're at home with microservices, containers, and automation with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• They know the modern patterns, like DevOps, CI/CD, and serverless, and use them to ship apps that deploy and scale fast in the cloud.
