A website on which the sun never sets

A website that always has at least one person on it, reached from everywhere at any hour of the day or night.

It's a play on the British Empire, which had territories on so many continents and time zones that the sun was always up somewhere. The internet is like that too, always on and reachable from anywhere.

To check if a website makes the cut, multiply the average visitors per day by the average stay time.

If this number is over 1, someone is on the website at any given time. Same as the British Empire having some territory in daylight at every hour.

The week-long version

Given my website has ~15s average screen-on-time, there should be 40K WAU to maintain such status. We can also add a probabilistic model, where the probability of no one on the site at any given time is less than < $x$ percent. I guess the number should go approximately 100K WAU.
