Change Google One Subscription Country

• Cancel
• Create another Payment Profile on payments.google.com
• On an Android Phone, go to Play Store, then Profile Picture, Settings, Payment Region
• Switch to the new Payment Profile
• Open Google One and then Resubscribe
• Unfortunately I don't know how to do this on Web...
