The orrery, representing our solar system, stood at the center of the 4th grader's classroom. My teacher turned on the small light bulb at the center to explain the solar eclipse. But the light bulb was dead. What came into my disappointed eyes was a mini-bulb inside my pencil case. Suddenly, I stood up, marched towards the already- switched-on orrery, and inserted the mini-bulb. With an ear-ripping pop sound, the mini-bulb exploded. A sudden spark raided on my hand, leaving a burn. All I remember that day was my science teacher giving me an extended lecture on our way to the hospital about the difference between a 220V outlet and a 12V battery. From that day, my nickname was 'Cho-dison'.

초등학교 4학년 과학 시간 중 교실 한가운데에 태양계를 상징하는 모형이 서있었다. 선생님은 일식을 설명하기 위해 중앙에 있는 작은 전구를 켜셨다. 하지만 전구는 작동하지 않았다. 실망한 내 눈에 필통 안의 꼬마전구가 들어왔다. 나는 벌떡 일어나서 이미 불이 켜져 있는 모형으로 걸어가 미니 전구를 확 꽂았다. 귀를 찢는 폭발음과 함께 함께 꼬마전구가 폭발했다. 갑작스러운 스파크가 내 손을 덮쳤고 화상을 입었었다. 그날 기억나는 것은 병원으로 가는 길에 과학 선생님이 220V 콘센트와 12V 배터리의 차이점에 대해 장황하게 강의하신 것 것뿐이다. 그날부터 교실에서 내 별명은 '조디슨'이 되었다.
