Problem

You are given four natural numbers $A$ , $B$ , $C$ , $D$ . Write a program that computes the sum of the number formed by joining $A$ and $B$ and the number formed by joining $C$ and $D$ .

Joining two numbers means writing the second one directly after the first one, digit for digit. For example, joining $20$ and $30$ gives $2030$ .

Input

The first line contains four natural numbers $A$ , $B$ , $C$ , $D$ , separated by spaces. ( $1 \le A, B, C, D \le 1{,}000{,}000$ )

Output

Print, on one line, the sum of the number formed by joining $A$ and $B$ and the number formed by joining $C$ and $D$ .
