Four Numbers

You are given four natural numbers $A$, $B$, $C$, $D$. Write a program that computes the sum of the number formed by joining $A$ and $B$ and the number formed by joining $C$ and $D$.

Joining two numbers means writing the second one directly after the first one, digit for digit. For example, joining $20$ and $30$ gives $2030$.

The first line contains four natural numbers $A$, $B$, $C$, $D$, separated by spaces. ($1 \le A, B, C, D \le 1{,}000{,}000$)

Print, on one line, the sum of the number formed by joining $A$ and $B$ and the number formed by joining $C$ and $D$.
