Dr. Kay Em built a missile named Ikan no i. The missile carries N jet engines. Igniting engine i sets the missile velocity to (vxi, vyi) at that instant, whatever the velocity was just before.
The missile is a point mass in a two dimensional plane whose y axis points up. Gravity accelerates it by 9.8 in the negative y direction. The missile sits at the origin (0,0) and stays there until the first ignition. After the first ignition it flies under gravity alone, except at the instants when an engine is ignited.
You may ignite the engines at any times and in any order, and each engine can be ignited at most once. At least one engine must be ignited, otherwise the missile never leaves the origin. Any amount of time may pass between two ignitions, including no time at all.
Given a target point (X,Y), decide whether the missile can reach it. The missile reaches the target if its position equals (X,Y) at some instant.
