Honor kipa00 Award

A lot happened over the past year. For kipa00's birthday, the 2nd KIPA Cup turned the activities kipa00 did over the past year into problems A through G. The descriptions of each problem are as follows.

• In 12/2018, kipa00 held the 1st KIPA Cup. Until October 2019, one problem was not solved by anyone except the problem setters and testers. This problem is a sequel to that problem.
• Starting in 2/2019, kipa00 followed the trend and started playing KartRider again. This problem covers a minigame inside that game.
• In 4/2019, kipa00 set problems for the Gudegi Cup. This problem is similar to one of those problems, but it adds detailed explanations that were not in the Gudegi Cup version, turning it into a contest problem.
• In 5/2019, kipa00 took part in the Google Hash Code as a finalist. This problem asks you to optimize by any means necessary, like that contest did.
• In 7/2019, kipa00 looked at the last test data of the Generator problem and started GPU programming to solve the problem that data requires. This problem is built around a method for obtaining the information needed to solve that problem.
• In 8/2019, kipa00 analyzed data to learn about a certain game. This problem covers an algorithm discovered while analyzing that data.
• In 9/2019, kipa00 started taking a class that covers topics related to this problem.
