Problem

2020 INPC is a contest held for IGRUS newbies. But with elders like Grandpa Yeongsu and Grandpa Inyong, who are class of 2014 yet newbies at heart, turning the contest hall into a party of TLEs, the organizers decided to define the newbie criterion.

After much deliberation, the INPC organizers defined a newbie as a student in the first or second year, and while they were at it they also defined oldbie and TLE. An oldbie is a student in year N or below who is not a newbie, and a TLE is a student who is neither a newbie nor an oldbie.

Given N and M, determine whether year M is a newbie, an oldbie, or a TLE.

Input

Positive integers N and M are given, separated by a space.

Output

If year M is a newbie, print NEWBIE!; if an oldbie, print OLDBIE!; if a TLE, print TLE!.

Constraints

  • 3 ≤ N ≤ 1,000
  • 1 ≤ M ≤ 1,000

Hint

TLE is short for Time Limit Exceeded.
