Problem

In MapleStory, each monster has a defense rate value. Ignoring a fixed percentage of this defense rate is called ignore defense (방무). A user can raise their ignore defense by buying items or by raising the level of a certain skill. This lowers the monster's defense rate as the user experiences it.

If a monster has a defense rate of 200 and the user has 20 ignore defense, the user ignores 20% of 200, which is 40. The defense rate the user experiences is then 160.

If the defense rate the user experiences is 100 or more, the user cannot deal damage to the monster. Let aa be the monster's defense rate and bb be the user's ignore defense. Determine whether the user can deal damage to the monster.

Input

The first line contains the integers aa and bb, separated by a space.

Output

If the user can deal damage to the monster, print 1. Otherwise, print 0.

Constraints

  • 0≤a≤5000 \le a \le 500
  • 0≤b≤1000 \le b \le 100
