Problem

Integers $k$ , $w$ , $h$ , and $t$ are given. Draw a rectangular grid that is $w$ cells wide and $h$ cells tall. Each cell is $k \times k$ in size, and the lines are $t$ thick. Use the character * for lines and . for cells.
