Problem

Hwaeun printed label paper to welcome the 3rd SMUPC. The paper has "WelcomeToSMUPC" printed on it again and again, with no spaces between the letters. After the final letter C of "WelcomeToSMUPC", the sequence starts over from W. You want to cut the paper right after the N-th letter. Which letter is the N-th one?
