Problem

In the last cycle, the domestic team selection for the ICPC Taoyuan Regional Contest was based on preliminary contests, according to the following categories.

Category 1: Among the teams that participated in the "ICPC Taiwan Online Programming Contest" (TOPC) and solved one problem, the best team from each university is selected. This category is limited to 30 teams.
Category 2: The top 40 teams in the "National Collegiate Programming Contest" are selected.
Category 3: The "Taiwan Private University Programming Contest" qualifies 10 best teams, with no more than two teams per university.
Category 4: The "Taiwan Technology University Programming Contest" qualifies 10 best teams, with no more than two teams per university.
Category 5: 10 teams are qualified for their CPE performance, with no more than one team per university. These teams must participate in TOPC and solve at least one problem.
Category 6: If a team from the above five categories resigns for any reason, and other teams from the same university participate in TOPC, the replacement is selected from the TOPC participants of that university according to their performance.
Category 7: If the total number of teams in the above six categories is less than 100, the organizer invites the top TOPC teams to the regional contest. The invited teams must be in the top half of the final standings.
Category 8: Participation is free. Universities not selected in the above categories get priority, and teams are ranked by registration order.

The domestic team selection rule changed in the 2023-2024 cycle. The organizer added a note: "If the list of selected teams cannot be submitted 35 days prior to the ICPC Taoyuan Regional Contest, the category will be suspended for that year." This change was made because some preliminaries were held too late. Preparing a regional contest typically takes about five weeks. In past years, all preliminaries were held before the end of October, and the regional contests were held in November.

The 2023 ICPC Taoyuan Regional Contest is held from October 21 to October 23, 2023. If the corresponding preliminaries are held in late September or October as usual, some categories will be suspended. As the director of TOPC, you must choose a proper date for TOPC. If the TOPC-related categories are suspended, far fewer domestic teams will compete in the 2023 regional contest. A contest date is too late for TOPC if it is not at least 35 days before October 21, 2023. Write a program that determines whether a tentative contest date is too late for TOPC.

The input is a string in ISO 8601 format YYYY-MM-DD that gives the tentative contest date for TOPC. YYYY, MM, and DD are the year, month, and day of that date.

Output

If the tentative contest date is too late, output TOO LATE. Otherwise, output GOOD.
