Korean Banks Suck

South Korea's online security dead end

  • Developed in C, vulnerable to security vulnerabilities such as buffer overflow
  • Even ancient security techniques are not used.
  • Relying on Visual Studio 15 years old — causing avoidable security problems
  • Bundled open-source libraries not updated for decades
  • Conclusion. Bogus security. As long as the bank continues to buy it, security companies fake them instead of investing in securities.
