Dune: Part Three Final Trailer Suggests Chani Joins the Conspiracy Against Paul

The final trailer for Dune: Part Three shows Chani (Zendaya) declaring her opposition to Paul Atreides, fighting him and apparently joining the conspiracy, a change from Dune Messiah, where she stays with Paul through the plot against him.
Dune Messiah takes place twelve years after Dune with Paul (Timothée Chalamet) as Emperor, and the conspiracy against him comes from the Bene Gesserit, the Spacing Guild, the Tleilaxu, Princess Irulan (Florence Pugh), and the shapeshifter Scytale (Robert Pattinson).
The trailer gives more screen time to Jason Momoa as Hayt, the clone of Duncan Idaho made to distract Paul and his sister Alia (Anya Taylor-Joy), and includes brief shots of Isaach de Bankolé as Farok, plus a possible first look at the twins Leto II and Ghanima.
The article raises the possibility that the Chani seen fighting Paul is not Chani at all, since Scytale is a face dancer who can copy other people's forms, leaving unclear whether she has truly turned.
