Alibaba WAN 3.0 raises single-pass video length to 30 seconds, adds document and web inputs
WAN 3.0 is listed on fal with 2 to 30-second text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-to-video generation, doubling WAN 2.7's 15-second maximum single-pass duration.
With thinking mode enabled, WAN 3.0 can use one PPT, PDF, DOC, XLS file or one public web page as a reference; fal also permits up to 10 images, five video clips totaling 15 seconds, and five audio tracks totaling 15 seconds.
fal prices standard WAN 3.0 at $0.05, $0.10, and $0.20 per generated second at 480p, 720p, and 1080p, making a 30-second 1080p generation $6.00.
WAN 3.0 Prime costs about 40 percent more at $0.068, $0.14, and $0.28 per second, and the article says Alibaba has published no quality comparison showing what the premium buys beyond faster generation.
Audio is on by default in the same generation pass, but this was already available in WAN 2.7; the article identifies 30-second output, 480p pricing, document and web references, and thinking mode as the new changes.
