Dune: Awakening launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox on September 22, after its PC release in June 2025; the console release adds a full single-player mode, the story conclusion, difficulty scaling, and prior PC updates.
Funcom confirmed PC and console cross-play will arrive after launch, but did not provide a release date.
The Filmic Archive DLC launches September 22 for $9.99 on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation, with outfits inspired by Dune: Part One and Part Two plus a 73-piece Sardaukar base-building set.
Funcom released seven minutes of PS5 Pro-captured gameplay. PS5 and PS5 Pro have Performance mode at 60fps with dynamic 4K and Quality mode at 30fps with dynamic 4K; PS5 Pro has higher native resolution in both modes and improved Quality-mode visuals.
